  • Received 1st Degree Black Belt in Isshinryn in 1997
  • Begain training in Taekwondo in 1997
  • 1999 Forms Gold Medalist at the Louisiana State Championships
  • Received 1st Degree Black Belt in March 2001
  • 2002 Forms Gold Medalist at the Lousisiana State Championships
  • Received 2nd Degree Black Belt in December 2003
  • 2006 Forms Silver Medalist at the Texas Showdown Championships
