The basic program is essential for beginners from age 6 and Above. This is an exclusive class that may be attended up to 4 times a week. This program offers the basic martial art skills that are needed to develop good kicks, strikes, stances, and blocks.
Each session includes Basic Self-Defense, Physical Conditioning such as coordination, strength, and flexibiltiy, and Life Skills such as Goal setting, Confidence, and Self-discipline. This Program is designed to prepare the student for higer levels of training. Everyone should go through "Basic Training" which usually takes about 6 months.
Children
Our Childrens program offers you a unique chance to offer your child a head start in life. We recognize the fact that it is important for children to know how to protect themselves through self-defense. We teach much more than just punches and kicks. We give children the ability to protect themselves from lifes everyday risks. Things such as low self esteem, lack of confidence and procrastination are pitfalls children face everyday. Our classes give children the "life skills" to exceed any expectations.
Life Skills: Our primary focus is to teach children life skills. The structure of the class is to develop leaders. the weekly mental and philosophical lessons are designed to strengthen our students mentally and physically. Our program is designed to:

Adults
We believe that developing and maintaining a sound body and mind are critical to getting the most out of life. In our adult programs you will experience a unique approach to self-defense and exercise that benefits the body and mind. To strengthen your body, you will begin with isometric and dynamic tension exercises. Flexibility will be enhanced through a gradual building process of safe and easy stretching techniques. You will find that the breathing and concentration exercises sharpen your senses and reflexes while allowing you to relax from the stress of daily life.
